As with all electronics, to ensure that your Emtech Ultimate is working in optimal condition, we recommend a routine general servicing annually. General servicing includes recalibrating and cleaning of all internal parts of your Emtech Ultimate and takes around 1 to 2 weeks.

Our warranty includes two free servicing sessions. Please contact us to book an appointment if you would like to arrange for general servicing!

Our Service Centre is at our HQ Office at 152 Paya Lebar Road #03-04 and is only open via appointment.

At Emtech Wellness, we guarantee that we will have the parts and will be able to repair your faulty Emtech Ultimate for up to ten years from purchase date. Price varies depending on the parts that are in need of replacement, and repairs will take at least one to two weeks.
